Why We Should Sadly Expect Terrorism in New York City

With the election of Zohran Mamdani, it is likely we will tragically see terrorist attacks in New York City.
Why?
Because terrorism isn’t a tactic nor a group. Terrorism is a symptom of an entirely different problem, which is why we haven’t defeated it. We make the same mistake doctors might by trying to alleviate symptoms, instead of identifying and curing the underlying, causal disease. The underlying causal problem behind terrorism is the uncontrolled power dynamics of Islamist expansion. That’s why Islam divides the world into Dar al Islam (House under Islam) and Dar al Harb (House at war). That’s why with Israel, it was five Arab armies in ‘48, and ‘67, and ‘73, and then the PLFP, and Islamic Jihad, and Hezbollah. Now Hamas and Iran and Turkey and the Houthis and Qatar, while Egypt Jordan and Lebanon seal their borders to prevent dissipation. After these, it will be whatever other ideological subgroup of 480 million Arabs is allowed by the conditions on the ground.
Terrorism is largely a side effect of uncontrolled power dynamics of spreading Islamism expanding to new territories, and ideological subgroups competing for domination of those territories. Terrorism is a means of stirring up and channeling ideological dynamics through emotion and narrative. It’s a rational mistake to think terrorism is a response to a grievance, because the nations that suppress Islamist expansion the most have zero terrorism, and the ones most welcoming have the most. First all of Islam will rejoice that it is spreading, and soon, they’ll ask who is in charge - a question its sub-ideologies have no answer to except through force. Mamdani may support them all at first, but eventually some will push for control and to push others out.
The worst thing about Mamdani is not that he’s an Islamist or communist or a socialist or pro-crime. It’s not even that he is falsely for all of these incompatible things in order to spread Islamism and anti-Semitism. The worst thing is that he lies to spread ideologies that harm millions at random, which is the opposite of justice, and the opposite of good. His ultimate goal is maximum replacement of the moral values of Israel, America, the West, and rational peoples everywhere. And his tools, ignorant New Yorkers themselves, drunk off of the growing power of the very ideology that’s conquering their peace and freedom.
